Daily Living Life Skills

Build the practical skills that grow your independence.

Life skills support is teaching, not doing. Instead of completing tasks for you, your worker breaks them into steps, shows you how and practises with you until you can do them yourself.

We set skill goals with you and track progress against your NDIS plan. Small wins add up: catching the bus alone, cooking a favourite meal, managing your own shopping list. Each one means more choice and less reliance on others.

What this can include

  • Cooking and kitchen skills
  • Budgeting and money handling
  • Travel training and public transport
  • Communication and social skills
  • Managing a household routine
  • Goal tracking linked to your NDIS plan
