NSW Carer is an NDIS provider delivering personalised disability support across New South Wales. We exist for one reason: to help people live the life they choose.
Our approach
Every person’s situation is different, so every support plan we deliver is different too. We take the time to understand your NDIS plan, your goals and your day-to-day life before a single shift is rostered.
Our care is evidence-based, person-centred and ability-focused. We look at what you can do and build from there. For some participants that means short-term goals like increasing daily living skills; for others it means long-term goals like developing the physical ability to take part in community events.
We also welcome referrals from healthcare professionals. We work closely with families, support coordinators and clinicians to keep everyone on the same page.
