Feedback & complaints

We want to hear from you

Compliments, suggestions and complaints all make our supports better. Making a complaint is safe, free and will never affect the supports you receive.

How complaints work

01

Tell us

Raise it with your support worker, or contact us directly by phone or email. You can ask a family member, friend or advocate to speak for you.

02

We respond

We acknowledge every complaint within two business days. We will talk with you about what happened and what a good outcome looks like for you.

03

We fix it

We investigate, keep you informed and act on what we find. Complaints are recorded and reviewed so the same problem does not happen twice.

Contact us directly

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

You can also complain directly to the NDIS Commission at any time. You do not need to raise it with us first.
