We support NDIS participants across New South Wales. If you have an NDIS plan, or you are in the process of getting one, we can help. Families and carers are welcome to contact us on behalf of a participant.

Call us on 1800 300 800 or send a message through our contact page. We will arrange a free chat about your goals, your NDIS plan and the supports you are looking for. There is no obligation and nothing to sign at that stage.

It depends on how your plan is managed. If you are self-managed or plan-managed, we invoice you or your plan manager directly. Contact us and we will walk through how your plan is set up and what that means for your supports.

We are based in Tamworth and provide support across New South Wales. Contact us to check availability in your area.

Yes. We match workers to participants based on needs, personality and preferences. If a worker is not the right fit, tell us and we will change the arrangement. No awkward conversations required.

Our rates follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so supports are charged at or below the NDIS price caps. We provide clear service agreements before any support starts, with no hidden fees.

Yes. GPs, hospital discharge planners, support coordinators and allied health professionals can refer a participant by calling 1800 300 800 or emailing contact@nswcarer.com.au. We respond to referrals within one business day.

Tell us. You can raise a complaint by phone, email or through our feedback page and we will respond within two business days. You can also complain directly to the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544. Making a complaint will never affect your supports.
